Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue and are subject to review thereafter.
Deposit Requirement
A 70% deposit is required upfront before commencement of any work. The remaining 30% is payable upon completion, prior to delivery or installation.
Design Approval
Clients must review and approve all designs, proofs, or samples in writing before production. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Lead Times
Production and delivery timelines commence only after receipt of deposit and written design approval. Timelines may vary depending on project scope and supplier availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any cancellation after production has started will require full payment of costs incurred.
Ownership & Liability
All work remains the property of the company until paid in full. The company is not liable for errors overlooked and approved by the client during the proofing stage.
